Your Primary was ‘The Lion’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Beaver’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.

Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace

Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.

Strength: High standards, order, respect
Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

I believe see is planted at St Matthew’s Kindergarten, then followed by teachers in Pr 6 through to Secondary school to attend house churches after school, then all the way to St Andrew’s Jr College and to Uni -Varsity Christian Fellowship. Baptism only came when I am to marry a Christian then my father gave his blessings.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

Garden City Christian Community (Singapore) – Served as Worship Leader, Translator, Usher, Communion Table Prep, Hon Treasurer, Church Committe over more than 10 years

St. James Church (Singapore) – serving in Co-Worship, Scripture Reading, Holy Communion Prep Team, SES Core Team, Prayer Companion (HC)

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

Pastor that is encouraging us to serve (no one is perfect when we start) and congregation that is forgiving of mistakes when taking on new roles, helps to build confidence to serve

Good cell group leaders and cell group members that accompany us through the years (during good times and bad ones).

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

Encountered a very difficult Christian lady boss in my career that made life very tough that I fear going to office every day, almost to a point of nervous breakdown. There was so much politics that I decided not to ever work in a bank. I have learned from this that I should never do the same to any of my staff in future.

When I was at the peak of my career just before Covid, I was suddenly retrenched and it was a very difficult time for me, as my career was my life. It was God’s way to tell me that is enough and call it a stop. Gave me time to find myself again. I feel that every time there is a big setback, God is training me to be more resilient and I discover more talents when I started my own company. I am just wondering what is God preparing me for next.
