Thank you Darla Kuper for taking the SHAPE Assessment. We encourage you to meet with a Church Leader that you respect, to go over your results, so that they can help you discover a place to serve in the church and/or community, and also to help you fine-tune your 5 Main Focuses/Priorities listed at the bottom of this email under the ‘Wrapping it up’ section. May God Bless You!

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
It brings me so much joy to give to others. I like to see them smile and be happy. Giving financially to church ministries makes sense since everything I have is from God anyway! When I see a financial need of an individual I want to ease their burden just a bit if I can.
This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
God is the answer to every problem. He loves others and I want them to feel His love. I want to be used to encourage others through hugs, notes, service, listening, and mostly to let them know they are worth everything to the Lord!

Your Primary was ‘The Retriever’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Beaver’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God
Golden Retriever- Good at making friends. Very loyal. Retriever personalities do not like big changes. They look for security. Can be very sensitive. Very caring. Has deep relationships, but usually only a couple of close friends. Wants to be loved by everyone. Looks for appreciation. Works best in a limited situation with a steady work pattern.
Strength: Accommodating, calm, affirming
Weakness: Indecisive, indifferent, unable to express emotional, too soft on other people
Limitation: Seeing the need to be more assertive, holding others accountable
Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.
Strength: High standards, order, respect
Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility
[E]xperience
A fellow student at Cosmetology school shared Jesus with me when I was 16 and I prayed to receive Him as my Savior. I never saw her again and I was never discipled. I had no idea what to do. After about a 2 weeks I gave up and didn’t live for the Lord till I was 23.
Shadow Mountain Community Church in El Cajon, Ca in children’s ministry 16 years. Also served as an Awana Director there for about 11 years.
Served in our adult Sunday School class for 15 years in various roles.
Lake Murray Community Church in La Mesa, Ca as an Awana Director for 19 years.
Served on the Santee Girls ASA softball board as candy chair, head team mom, team mom for my girls teams, and ran the snack bar (5years) for a total of 9 years.
Served at Pathways Community Church in Santee, Ca in the Awana Ministry for 5 years. Served in Wow and Mom to Mom for 4 years in the role of Mentor Mom and Shepherd Leader. I have also been a greeter and other jobs for the last 4yeara there.
When my older children rebelled I learned the most important lesson that I have NO CONTROL OF ANYTHING IN MY LIFE but MY RESPONSES and I CAN ONLY CONTROL MYSELF, No one else! Thus I see that trial as a very positive thing because it was life changing for me!
Having my children has been a huge impact. Selfless giving did not come easy but as a home schooling mom I had to learn that important fact!
The most important event in my life was when I finally understood that my security in my salvation has nothing to do with me or my worth. God loves me and He has promised me that He will never leave me. I can trust in that!
As a child love was always conditional and I struggled with security in general. I have faith in my God and thus security I am loved!
The most negative experience of my entire life was loosing my granddaughter almost two years ago. God worked through it to show me His support and love. I know He is sovereign and that He can use my pain to help others. I have been able to reach out to others in many different situations because of loosing Jilli.
I was part of an extended family that loved me but were also very legalistic. My husband and I took their word for everything spiritual even when we knew it was off. They ended up dumping me and my family which almost broke me. But I learned to run everything past God’s Word and pray for His wisdom for us….not someone else’s wisdom.
I have had some hard issues in my marriage and felt unprotected by my husband many times in the past. I built up resentment and walls. I have learned that he is a person! Only God can meet my needs and only God can handle all of me! I have learned to go to God with my needs and pain. I don’t expect my human husband to carry my burdens or fix things, because only God can do that!

1. My Relationship with GOD
2. My Relationship with Others

3. Be able to be a healthy weight and fit enough to minister to others in various ways.
4. Be able to see my children love the Lord and each other with all their hearts and minds and souls.
5. use my “new”home to bless others and take mini car trip vacations to visit dear friends and family all over the USA. Both would be to bless those involved and have fun!
