#1 Gift, Administration (68%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
In my career I perform a lot of administrative roles and I constantly have to stay organized. I also start many projects and have to plan/organize them. I create many spreadsheets and training documents. I enjoy organizing and making a plan to achieve specific goals. It is very natural for me to make goals and try to streamline common tasks. I like my home to be organized and efficient for my family.

#2 Gift, Evangelism (NaN%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I have shared my faith with several people in college and in past jobs I have. I strive more to develop relationships with people so I can share them. I can remember very vividly the times I shared Christ with people and prayed with them. I want to get better at this and want to evangelize more.

#3 Gift, Exhortation/Encouragement (NaN%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I naturally see people’s emotions and desire to help them with their issues. I enjoy helping people find their passions and become joyful in their lives. I have some difficult people in my life that I have to be very intentional with encouraging. It is a natural exchint for me to want to encourage people, especially those that don’t appear to get any. I have a natural heart to help and serve people. It makes me feel very satisfied when I felt I have helped and encouraged somebody well.

[H]eart

Three things I love to do that bring joy and fulfillment in my life:

1. Teaching/discipline and leading others to Christ. I feel fulfilled when I felt I have helped and encouraged somebody. These include situations in the church and outside the church. The times I have felt the best about myself and my relationship with God is when I am in a position to lead and encourage others to be better Christians.

2. Talking/teaching to others about money and managing God’s resources. I enjoy discussing economics and politics with others. More importantly I have a passion to help others budget, organize their money and use their resources to better the Kingdom of God and their lives.

3. Serving others through encouraging them , giving money, physical acts of service, and performing service projects around the community.

Who I love to work with most, and the age or type of people:

I have generally enjoyed serving/loving people around my age and stage of life. Having young children has made it difficult to serve and connect with others.

Church issues, ministries, or possible needs that excite or concern me the most:

Church Debt financial responabilitiy are a big deal for me. , financial ministries, leading small groups are areas that excite me.

Your Primary was ‘The Retriever’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Lion’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Golden Retriever- Good at making friends. Very loyal. Retriever personalities do not like big changes. They look for security. Can be very sensitive. Very caring. Has deep relationships, but usually only a couple of close friends. Wants to be loved by everyone. Looks for appreciation. Works best in a limited situation with a steady work pattern.

Strength: Accommodating, calm, affirming
Weakness: Indecisive, indifferent, unable to express emotional, too soft on other people
Limitation: Seeing the need to be more assertive, holding others accountable

Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.

Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

I was attending a youth group at a Baptist Church in high school. I went for a couple months and after a personal experience with cross country and listening to a tap called 23 minutes in hell I accepted Christ.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

Student Intern -2 years
Small Group leader- 3 years
Christian Campus House- University of Central Missouri

Men’s small group leader- Antioch Bible Baptist Church-Gladstone Missouri 2 years.
Outreach ministry Antioch Bible Baptist church- Gladstone Missouri- 2 years

Small Group/Sunday school leader- Hamilton Baptist Church-Fishers India -1 year

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

Leading small groups in college. Helping leading others to Christ and changeling people in their faith. These include relationships I have had in college some in my career. The conversations and relationships I had in college help grow my faith and develop my character. It made me more mindful of people that are hurting and how important it is to treat people with love and kindness.

Running Cross Country and Track in high school. I had many negative experiences involving how people treated me that help me develop into a loving/servant leader. My

1 on 1 conversations with my Step Father. These conversations involved everything about life.

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

Going through a really hard time when I lived in Arizona when I was working for the Border Patrol. When I took this job I moved 22 hours from home in area I have never been. I had no friends or church family for support. I realized how important family and a community of Christian believers are.

Loosing my job 6 days before my daughter was born and then having to move to a different state. I had a wife/kid to talk care of with no job and health insurance. This experience help me realize how powerful God is and how he takes care of us. I am also a person who naturally likes to control everything and know exactly how my life will be. My various experiences and struggles with my job shape me to realize that life is bigger then my career. What I do as a career is not as important as the people around me. I believe I could help young or old people who are struggling in their career and trying to find their ways. As a young man and even still today I struggled to find my way and try and make my career dictate who I am. Our character and how we treat people around us are far more important then our what we do from 9 to 5.

My parents divorce when I was young kid. My father moved away. I am not sure exactly how this shaped me other then the fact I remember the pain and fear I had as a young boy. I remember growing up with living in two different areas and trying to figure out how to have a good relationship with my Father.
