I understand how effective spreading the word of God is. I believe you can express the word in many different ways like preaching, counseling, music, & actually living it.

Managing and being organized can make or break pretty much anything. I believe it’s important to have strong structure in ministry. Admin is the glue that keeps it all together. I failed enough with out admin to now understand it’s true value

Serving is embedded in my heart. I always felt that it is my obligation to serve in any compacity I’m needed. Having a heart for ministry is to have a heart to serve. Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.
